Prepare surfaces, supply and apply waterproofing system:
A- Cement and leveling screed laid to falls and cross falls (average thickness 70mm)	14-15/m2
B- 40mm x 40mm triangular cement and sand angle fillet to roof concrete upstand	4/Im
C- 50mm thick extruded polystyrene rigid insulation boards (35kg/m_ density)	20/m2
D- Ditto, 20mm thick fixed vertically to external walls	10/m2
E- 1,000 gauge polyethylene sheets laid horizontally including overlaps	3/m2
F- 4mm single ply APP (polypropylene and polyester) modified bitumen waterproofing membrane	10/m2
G- Anti-root membrane (single layer)	12/m2
H- Geotextile filter membrane including overlaps (105g/m2 density)	3/m2
I- 50mm thick gravel bed	6/m2
II- SHEET MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING
A- Supply and apply EPDM membrane rubber elastomeric waterproofing membrane 1.5mm thick, lose-laid on concrete flat roof with 150mm overlaps, fully adhered by means of bonding adhesive, area of concrete not less than 1,500m2	20/m2
B- Supply and apply EPDM membrane flashing to roof parapet/upstands, (1.5mm) thick, 250mm average height, fully bonded with bonding adhesive	12/Im
C- Supply and fix aluminum strip bar 3mm thick x  25mm girth including Sealant pointing to upper ends of parapet skirting upstands	10/m2
D- Supply and install extruded polypropylene boards, 2mm minimum thickness, lose laid	5/m2
E- 50mm thick gravel bed	5/m2
III- FLUID APPLIED WATERPROOFING
Parking areas
A- Surface preparation of concrete surfaces and substrate receiving the polyurethane fluid applied waterproofing	25/m2
B- Supply and apply vapor barrier, water-based material, imported from the USA	8/m2
C- Supply and apply polyurethane liquid, cold applied membrane for parking areas	40/m2
