CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
Bookings received are considered a firm contract. Cancellations for covers,
early pages, and center spread will not be accepted under any circumstance, and
payment will be due in full.

|
DELIVERY OF ARTWORK |
|
The client is responsible for the delivery of artwork to our offices in Sanayeh
by the 25th of each month or a preceding working day if the deadline falls on a
weekend or official holiday. Failure of delivery by the deadline may be
considered by InfoPro as a non-approved cancellation and may lead to having the
advertisement not published. In any case, the client bears full responsibility
of the consequences of the delay, including paying the advertisement in full.

ERRORS AND COMPENSATION POLICY |
|
We can guarantee advertising output only when:
1) It is sent according to our technical specifications.
2) It is accompanied by a true color proof (not a color print-out). This
includes color, any wording on the advertisement, size, direction, the actual
visual, and any other specification of the advertisement. specifications are
already on your end.
Should an error occur in how the ad appears on the magazine, and if one of the
above conditions is not adhered to, the client bears all responsibility of the
output of the ad no matter how gross or obvious the error is, and the
advertisement is due in full with no compensation due. InfoPro will not be held
responsible for any direct or indirect prejudice caused by the error.
In case the conditions above are met, and if an error still occurs, the
following policy will be followed:
1) For minor errors, the client will be awarded compensation commensurate with
the extent of the error to be agreed upon. In any case, the compensation cannot
be greater in value to the erroneous advertisement in question.
2) For other errors, the client will be compensated by running the same
advertisement again in the issue of the first following month.
3) In no case would InfoPro be held liable for any other direct or indirect
losses incurred by the client as the result of the error.
